This is a diagnostic page that will assist in finding any issues your setup may have when using our sites. The below analysis may not be 100% accurate and should be taken more as a guideline that you may follow before or with one of our representatives.

Our Recommendations

Javascript cannot be run What is Javascript? Internet Explorer (8.0)

Select 'Tools' from the top menu

Choose 'Internet Options'

Click on the 'Security' tab

Click on 'Custom Level'

Scroll down until you see section labled 'Scripting'

Under 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' and click OK

If the above does not enable Javascript you may wish to change your security level to medium

Mozilla Firefox (3.5)

Select 'Tools' from the top menu

Choose 'Options'

Choose 'Content' from the top navigation

Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK

Apple Safari (4.0)

Select 'Safari' from the top menu

Choose 'Preferences'

Choose 'Security'

Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript'

Google Chrome (2.0)

The only way to run chrome without javascript is when using a custom made shortcut

Delete the old shortcut

navigate to "C:\documents and settings\your username\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\chrome.exe"

Right Click and go send to desktop (create shortcut)

if this doesn't work, Google's official response is to reinstall Chrome.

In all the above mentioned fixes, it is possible that upgrading your browser or installing updates or even sometimes antivirus updates may effect your javascript settings. It may be worthwhile checking your firewall, Antivirus or other such monitoring software for any setting that may be preventing javascript from running
